Course Description

The objective of this workshop is to familiarize attendees with Finch Studio, an integrated modeling environment for NONMEM.

Didactic material and hands-on sessions related to target-mediated drug disposition will be presented to illustrate the power, flexibility, and efficiency of Finch Studio for population PK/PD model development.

After attending this workshop, participants will know how to use Finch Studio for exploratory data analysis, control stream building and editing, and running and evaluating NONMEM models.

Participants will also be familiar with basic and advanced principles of target-mediated drug disposition.

All participants will be providied with a virtual desktop containing all required software, data, examples, and scripts. Participants only need to bring a laptop with Remote Desktop Connection installed (installed by default on Windows, and can be installed for free on MacOS)
