Statistical Summary Tables in Pharmacometric Analyses

Summarizing your observed data is a critical step in performing a pharmacometric analysis. Creating and reviewing statistical summary tables can provide insights into potential covariate imbalances between subgroups as well as screen for errors in the dataset (i.e. often highlights input errors for time and/or patient characteristics). A statistical summary of the dataset variables should be created and reviewed prior to the start of the analyses, as well as during the analyses as questions or hypotheses arise regarding effects in different subpopulations.

Interactive Statistical Summary Tables in Finch Studio

The Finch Studio workbench provides a powerful framework to quickly create and explore statistical summaries of your data. The user just specifies the variables to summarize as well as indicates the variable(s) which define different subgroups. Applying a data split will create separate columns side-by-side within a table, whereas applying data stratification will create separate tables for each subgroup.
